- Saturday: 9:30 - 11:00am
- Starting in Sep 2011, we will primarily work Deadlifts on Wednesdays and perform two other lifts on Saturdays.

What is it?
- Power and Olympic style lifts: all varieties of squats, presses, deadlifts, cleans, jerks and snatches. You will learn to lift heavy weights safely, efficiently, strong, and fast.
- Plyometrics - box jumps, medicine ball throws, sprints.
- High intensity - how does a 10-minute workout sound? How about a 5-minute workout? Bigger weights. More work. Faster times. More power output.
Is it for you?
The weight training classes are open to all veteran FitWittters, and is designed to supplement your FitWit camp. Every FitWitter can elevate their physical performance capabilities, especially strength and power. Be prepared to bring your A-game every day. The workouts are intense. You will be required to establish specific goals for yourself. We recommend that you do the weight training 2 times per week in addition to 3-4 FitWit workouts per week.
