Workouts - Week 1

Monday -- No strength class. Go to camp!

Wednesday
(6pm only this week!)
  • Deadlift
  • Hand-stand push-ups
Saturday
  • OH press
  • Push press
  • Push jerk
  • Pistol squats
  • Workout

Please post to the comments the days/times you are planning on attending. This is EXTREMELY important for helping us plan.

  13. By my count, for Wed 6pm (tonight), we have:
    8 definite
    2 maybes

    That's 10 possible. I'm capping it at 12.

    Please don't post a "maybe". I want commitment. We have a small space and limited equipment, and I want to ensure we have the maximum participation possible. After today, I cannot hold a spot for a "maybe."

  14. I will be there Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am. I would also like to attend Mondays at 6pm as my schedule permits, but I understand if class size restrictions make that difficult. I can't firmly commit on Mondays.

  15. My intent with posting the weekly workouts is for people to commit to the days/times for that week only. I don't expect everyone to plan out their Mon, Wed, and Sat for the next six weeks.

    I'm just trying to nail down, to the extent possible, who and how many people will be at each class this week. Next week, I will post the workouts again, and ask again for people to commit to days/times. Sort of a weekly sign-up sheet. Make sense? Questions?
