ReplyDeleteAwesome intense workout this morning! Easily one of the top 3 workouts I've done at FitWit or otherwise. Took everything I had in the tank to get through, but I definitely left with a great sense of accomplishment. Absolutely recommend anyone interseted in a tough challenge to hit the 6 pm class tonight. Looking forward to the next one! - Dyer
