Workout for Wed, 27 Jul

Start time: 6:00 am

Workout:

  • Deadlift: 3-5 warm-up sets, 1 x 5 (stand up between each rep) w/5-10 lbs. more than previous working set
  • Shoulder press, push-press, and push-jerk review and establish 5-rep working set for push-press.
