Workouts - Off Week

Wednesday (6:30am and 6pm )
  • Clean and Jerk: 6 sets of 3.
Saturday (9am)
  • Max out on back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Three attempts to establish new PR.

  1. I'd love to participate but I've got stuff morning and night on Wednesday and I'm out of town on Saturday. I look forward to establishing new prs!!!!
