- 7 rounds for time of:
10 push-ups
10 squat cleans
10 pull-ups
- Stacy: 24:39 with 65 lbs. cleans
- Gary: 11:28 + 5 additional rounds (8 reps each; 45 lbs. hang power cleans; jumping pull-ups)
- Clean and Jerk: 6 sets of 3 reps
- Bottom-to-bottom Tabata squats
- Snatch: 6 sets of 3 reps
- Tabata sit-ups
Will be there Monday at 6 pm and Wednesday at 6:30 a.m.
